Our President - Robert Thomas
Robert Thomas was named President of Tabor in 2006 after a successful 33 year career in administration and teaching posts in higher education institutions. For the 10 years prior to joining Tabor he was the Vice President for Student Affairs at Millersville University in Lancaster. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.), Indiana University in Bloomington (M.S. and Ph.D.), and the Institutes for Educational Management and Non-Profit Executives, both at Harvard University. Bob serves on the Board for the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Program and previously served as a member of the Leadership Council for the Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness. He is also an Elder at First Presbyterian Church and a member of the Lancaster Symphony Chorus.

Our Vice Presidents & Division Managers
Programs:
- Pat Wolf
Vice President
Tabor Community Services is pleased to announce Patricia Wolf as the new Vice President for Programs. Wolf brings over twenty years of experience and involvement with social services and the community to Tabor. Most recently, Wolf was the Executive Director at No Longer Alone Ministries for two years. She was also Vice President of Programs at Family Service for seven years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters in Social Work from Temple University. She also has a Certificate in Non-profit Management from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
- Lowell Jantzi
Division Manager: Financial & Homeownership Services
Lowell Jantzi joined Tabor as the Division Manager for Financial & Homeownership Services in the fall of 2008 after returning from a six year assignment in international development for Mennonite Central Committee. Prior to that he worked for 25 years in various construction management positions in New York City. He graduated from Goshen College, IN. with a B.A. in Economics.
- Tammy Martin
Division Manager: Homeless & Rental Counseling / Supportive Housing
Tammy Martin is in her 11th year in this position. She is a graduate of Hesston College. Prior to coming to Tabor, she was Rural Outreach Director for the Community Action Program. She served as the Co-Chair of the Lancaster Interagency Counseling for the Homeless, and served on the No Longer Alone ministries board. Tammy was the recipient of the 2003 Home TIES Eleanor Taylor Award and the Red Rose award, which recognized her for her outstanding work in rental housing counseling for the low income and homeless of our community. She is a active member of the Ephrata United Zion church.

- Phyllis Stacks
Vice President
Phyllis Stacks has been in development work for nonprofits for over 15 years and served as Tabor's Director of Development for five years before becoming Vice President for Development in 2007. She has a long history with local agencies and boards, most recently United Way of Lancaster County. At Tabor, she is responsible for providing input and implementation of the agency's marketing and fund raising plans. Phyllis raises awareness and raises both private and government funds for Tabor.

- Stephen Welch
Vice President
Stephen Welch is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. He served as Tabor's Director of Finance for seven years before becoming Vice President for Finance. Steve has 16+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector with operations, finance, and human resources. As a member of Blossom Hill Mennonite Church, he currently serves on the property committee. Past roles include treasurer and member of the building expansion committee.
