Community Homeless Outreach Center Of Lancaster

The Community Homeless Outreach Center is a true community partnership that makes use of existing resources. A project of the Interagency Council for the Homeless, the Center is administered under the non-profit status of Tabor Community Services and operates in the space provided by the Water Street Mission. Its policies are set by an independent steering committee that also oversees its operation. The Center is not affiliated with any faith group or religious outreach program.
