Volunteer at TLC
At TLC the values of participation, engagement and community are woven into the fabric of everything we do. These values are exemplified by TLC volunteers.
TLC volunteers step forward to volunteer the most precious resource they can share – their time! Volunteers step forward to clean, fix, paint, decorate, move, lift -- you name it -- they do it – and we couldn’t do it without them!

Mentoring a TLC Participant
We are looking for people who would like to make a 1-2 year commitment to mentor a client.
Being a mentor would help provide a healthy relationship and a support system for clients at TLC. Mentors work with a team of 3-5 mentors, mentor coordinator, and the TLC program director. Click here for information about mentoring a client at TLC.
Cleaning the TLC Facility
When participants move out of TLC, we need help cleaning the unit before another family can move in. This volunteer need does not come up often, so we would appreciate if we could keep your name on a list to contact as a need arises. We will provide the cleaning supplies.
Seeking those skilled in building maintenance (plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, electrical, landscaping and carpet cleaning) who would be willing to provide services as needed for the TLC building.
There are other occasional opportunities to provide office support, help with our mailings, or other needs that arise at TLC.
